  • Leading the setup and delivery of a JIRA dashboard and reporting factory in collaboration with external experts, POD & EP (Enterprise Programmes) teams.

  • Driving enhancements to the completeness and quality of data within JIRA, optimizing source systems and offline documentation processes.
  • Acting as a cultural role model, fostering an environment that challenges the status quo and prioritizes people over processes to drive innovation.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across PODs and Enterprise Programmes.
  • Delivering top-notch reporting on JIRA data, collaborating with other reporting and insight teams.
